Ticket Policy
Exchanges & Credits
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not offered under standard circumstances. If a patron is unable to attend a performance, eligible tickets may be exchanged for account credit before the performance at the discretion of Opera Idaho.
Cancellations & Rescheduled Performances
If Opera Idaho cancels a performance, patrons will be contacted directly regarding available options.
If a performance is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Patrons unable to attend the rescheduled performance may request account credit or convert the ticket value into a tax-deductible contribution.
Extenuating Circumstances
Weather concerns, travel issues, illness, and other extenuating circumstances do not automatically qualify for refunds or credit. Requests submitted prior to the performance may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Opera Idaho.
Promotional Tickets
Tickets purchased through promotions may be exchanged for a different performance of the same or similar event type (for example: Mainstage for Mainstage, CMVA for CMVA, or Operatini for Operatini), subject to availability.
Third-Party Purchases
Refunds or credits cannot be issued for tickets purchased through third-party vendors.
Lost Tickets
Lost physical tickets may be reprinted by contacting the Opera Idaho office.
Accessibility
All Opera Idaho venues are ADA accessible. In the rare event a patron’s accessibility needs cannot be accommodated, a full refund will be provided upon request.
